Yes, we were away from Ottawa for the winter months once more. This year we stayed in Mexico; Dec 21 to January 24 2018 in Puerto Morelos on the Yucatan, January 24 to February 28 in Zihuatanejo on the Pacific Coast and March in San Miguel de Allende. It was, once again, a very successful trip, so much so that we will be going back to Mexico next year. After hearing about the festivities surrounding the Day of the Dead, we joined friends to go to Oaxaca for the days surrounding our Halloween.
