When our daughter, Erica, told us that she and her family would like to join us for Christmas, we knew we were returning to Mexico once again. We reserved a condo on the beach in Puerto Morelos for all of us and then planned the rest of the winter. We had enough time for a pre-Christmas week in a condo in Cancun, a five week detour to Cuba in January, most of February on the west coast in Zihuatanejo and March in San Miguel de Allende. It worked very well. In fact, we have already reserved an apartment for February 2016 in Zihuatanejo and a return visit to San Miguel in March 2016.
